Title: Exporting to MIDI files
Post by: lew.myrick on 2016-04-22 03:47 pm
When exporting a NWC file to a MIDI file the default is to "Type 1 MIDI"  If I always want to export to a "Type 0 MIDI" is there anyway I can change the default from Type 1 to Type 0?

Once you export your first file as 'Type 0 Midi File', any subsequent exports will default to 'Type 0 Midi File'.

For me, it remembers the Type 0 selection for subsequent exports only if I have not closed NWC. If I relaunch NWC and do another export, it reverts to Type 1 as the default.

Perhaps there is another way to force the default to be Type 0 when the program is launched.

True. I thought that too obvious to mention.

This will be reviewed for possible changes that make your selection persist across sessions.
