Title: distance between lyrics line#1 and staff#2
Post by: guidovanh on 2013-10-13 02:45 pm
This question is a continuation of noteworthysoftware.com/forum/?topic=8595.0.
It seems the given solutions did not help me (or may be, I am stupid and I do not understand it). Now I want to know if it is possible to change the distance between the lyrics of line #1 and music staff #2.
The staffs on each page should start on the same vertical position, even there is a title or not.
Hope I explain my "problem" clearly.

If you do a CTRL L to bring up the lyrics configuration. Then go to the Configuration tab. In there you can see Alignment and Offset.
The offset will move the lyrics line without changing the position of any Staff.

Which is: set distance between title and music (https://forum.noteworthycomposer.com/?topic=8595.0)

The staffs on each page should start on the same vertical position, even there is a title or not.
Attached is a modification to the sample file: MOZART.nwc

'Justify printed systems vertically' from the Page Setup Command (http://ntworthy.com/nwc2/help/MNU_PAGESETUP.htm) must be unchecked.

3 insertions of the Boundary Change Command (http://ntworthy.com/nwc2/help/MNU_ADDSIZER.htm) do the rest.
