If ran "unjazzify" user tool, only the notes on bar 1 works.
Doesn't RestChord works?

I haven't checked it but probably not.  Unjazzify was designed for imported MIDI's which would not result in restchords.

If you know some PHP or vbs code, you'd know how to use them, or you can insert 'help' when the command cursor appears. You can see how it operates.
