I am using Noteworthy 2.0, I've got 12 staffs, and all of a sudden one of the staffs, which should be trumpet, has started playing as a special-effect/percussion instrument.
I tried to change the list, and I get a different percussion instrument but never a melodic instrument. What am I doing wrong?
The staff is probably assigned to MIDI channel 10. If you change its channel from Staff Properties, this will probably correct this.

Thanks for that, I learnt a lot about midi/staff properties which answered the question - I had to jump a channel to 14.
