Title: A problem with measure numbering

I have several scores that begin with pick-up notes. There must be a way to keep the program from making this partial measure number 1 in the score. I want he first whole measure to be number 1.
It seems that I have seen the instructions for this somewhere in help but can't find it now.

File->Page Setup...->Measure Start:
Make it zero.
