In the MPC, I only know what does Volume, Stereo Pan, Expression and Pitch Bend do but what about the others such as Chorus Depth?
Including Tremelo Depth?
Can someone list their capabilities?
The various depth options control the intensity of the corresponding effect. You can learn about various effects on Wikipedia:

Thanks, Eric. Actually I've already knew about tremelo and chorus. It's just that when I used the chorus depth I don't hear any difference in intensity and sounds, including some other MPC.
It is possible that the synth you are using does not respond to some parameters.
