Title: Marimba

Is there any way to mark when notes are supposed to be rolled when writing a mallet instrument? And I'd like to hear the notes rolled in the playback...

To mark the roll, download a font such as any of Lawrie Pardy's *Dings fonts and/or BoxMarks from the Scripto (http://nwc-scriptorium.org/helpful.html#Fonts).  To insert the notation, set a user font (Page Setup), to the font you wish to use, and put it in.
To make it play back, put in another, hidden, staff (Page Setup) with the roll playback notation.  If what I am saying is somewhat unclear, please see the attachment (Requires BoxMarks, although you could replace it with a *Dings font, which I'm sure Lawrie will advocate.)
