Title: Page marker for working with large scores
Post by: David Palmquist on 2006-08-03 06:04 pm
When editing a long score, it's useful to have visual reference points so you know which bar corresponds to the beginning of each page in the original hard copy score.

Using back-to-back section open/section close bar lines in a contrasting colour is one way, as in this example (imagine many bars full of notes on each page of a long page score, instead of these rests):

|Bar|Style:SectionOpen|Color:7
|Rest|Dur:Whole

|Rest|Dur:Whole

|Bar|Style:SectionOpen|Color:7
