How can I use my new GigaSampler and its Gigapiano with my SoundBlaster Live! card? What settings a required in NoteWorthy?

NWC interfaces to synthesizers through MIDI device drivers. These are selected from Tools | Options | MIDI, and selected per staff from Staff Properties.
