I am trying to use the flow control symbols (coda, segno) for the first time. My song is just like the REPEAT4 sample, except that I have two lines of lyrics between the SEGNO and the TO CODA. The music plays in the order I expect, except that during playback the second line of lyrics never gets highlighted (the first line gets highlighted again.) Is there a trick I am missing, or is this just how it works?
Blair: You cannot always get the playback note/lyric highlight to work the way you want. However, as long as you follow the rules, the playback will be correct. I trust that the play back is correct. If you want to send is a sample, we can identify precisely what is preventing your 2nd lyric from highlighting.
