I hope I am looking at the wrong place :(
Where do I have to define the font for the staff label?
I want to print the staff label in the same font(size) as the lyrics are.

The staff labels are rendered in the Staff Bold font. So, if you define the Staff Bold font to be the same as the Staff Lyric font, this should give you the desired appearance.
