Has anyone had trouble adding chord members? More than once, I have been adding such notes successfully and then for no apparent reason it refuses to add any such notes. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong? Have I inadvertently touched something I shouldn't have? All other functions are unaffected. By the way, it doesn't seem to affect the operation whether the note stems are the same as the melody notes or go the opposite direction. I would be very glad for anyone's help.
Perhaps. NWC is fussy about duration, grace attribute, and stem direction. Often needlessly.
NWC does not support more than 2 durations on a chord.
NWC does not support stem up notes lower than stem down notes (and vice versa).
Except for the simplest of songs, I advise that each voice be put on its own layer.
