Title: Glissandos
Post by: foth on 1998-12-12 05:00 am
Hi does anyone know how to make glissando markings in noteworthy? (The symbol is a squiggly line going diagonally up or down depending on the direction of the gliss) I don't care as much about the sound, more about the marking on the score.

PS: I'm a pianist and trombonist, both instruments are famous for their use of glisses, so i'd appreciate some help

Glisses aren't supported in NWC yet.
However, the glyphs can be added to your score using teXt inserted that is from the Boxmarks font (characters d,e & f)
To do this, in Page Setup (Fonts tab) define User Font 1 as Boxmarks.
Then use the X command (Insert Text), make the character d,e or f, and set the font to User Font 1, and bob's your uncle!
