Title: Printing problems

My score prints correctly except that notes are expressed with alphabetic characters. Any suggestions?

Check to see that Windows recognizes the NWC font as an available font. Go to Control Panel --> Fonts, you should see NWCV15 listed. If not, use Add Fonts to make NWCV15 available to Windows. The install program should have done this already, if this doesn't work try un-installing / re-installing NoteWorthy Composer.

If your editor display is correct, then you may have a printer bug, possibly in the printer driver. The first step would be to contact the manufacturer and try to get an updated print driver (try their web site, if they have one). You may also want to update your display driver, as this also routinely causes problems when printing.

NWC Support, you're amazing. How do you keep track of all those message numbers? (Rhetorical question.. no need to reply :-)

I had this problem when I loaded several songs into memory then tried to print them in quick succession. I solved it by loading and printing one song at a time.
