I've downloaded midi files that were composed using a
bass clef, but I can't play those notes on my
instrument, is there a way to convert the file from
bass clef notes to treble clef notes.
Please help.

I don't think midi stores clef information. What do you mean you can't play bass clef notes on your keyboard? The middle note on the bass clef is D. Find that on your keyboard and go from there.
