I purchased my original Registered Copy from the "Public Domain Software Library" in the UK. There may be a similar Library locally that you could contact. The PDSL is a mail-order company. If you need it I can post the address for you tomorrow.

You can also ask a friend to buy it for you. If he/she doesn't want to write it via internet --which I understand-- you also can fax the order.

I Want upgrade
Upgrades are freely available to registered users from the NWC web site. I don't know how the shareware thing works, but the shareware version is also the most up to date. Most recent version is 1.52, Built on 23 June 1998.
