Hello,
I'm looking for the option of entering lyrics in Hebrew. Until now, I wasn't able to do so, since it doesn't recognize any hebrew font. How is it done?
Thanks,
Amir.
NWC currently supports ANSI text for lyrics (http://ntworthy.com/nwchelp/MNU_EDITLYRICS.htm). You cannot enter Unicode text, but you can enter ANSI text supported by your localized Windows system. You can control the font from File, Page Setup, Fonts (http://ntworthy.com/nwchelp/MNU_PAGESETUP.htm).

Hi Amir, This doesn't answer your question, but you can help me. I want to do Havah Nagilah with my group, using the version in a CASA songbook, but don't know the pronunciation of the words. Anyway you can guide me to phonetic pronunciation please.
I would take this from Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hava_Nagila):
All consonants are pronounced as expected, except for ch, which is German ch (IPA /x/)
a-a as in father
e-e as in wet
i-ee
o-oh
u-oo
Thanks Kahman, that will be very helpful, just a couple more needed. What do you do with the comma in venis'mecha and b'lev ?
Syllabic break. B'lev is probably buh-lev, but with the "buh" very short, just the /b/ sound.
I thought it was a glottal stop. The sound in the middle of "uh-uh", or in some pronunciations of "bottle", in place of a "t" sound.
That might me it. I'm not a linguist. :-)
