Title: Saving on paper when printing a score
Post by: jenstra on 2006-08-24 07:22 AM
Would it not be possible to divide a song in more than one section that each could have a different layout and still remain within the same file?
I for instance have masses where all parts (Kyrie, Gloria etc.) should be put in in different files, instead of only one.
Another exemple is a song where one part would be Unisono, and another by 4 different voices; As far as I know, in order to get it in one single file, the first part also should be written (and therefore printed) on four lines.

This is a waste of paper, does anybody have a solution?

In NWC, you generally have to use separate files where you want different score layout.

Maybe copy and paste from Print Preview into a Word File?

You can paste into any image processing file too, I think.  I just tried it with Paint, and it worked fine.
