I have just installed User Tools Starter Kit 1.13 over the existing one.
When I checked it with "About Starter Kit (nwsw)" it returned that I "currently using version 1.2 of the NWC2 User Tools Starter Kit".

Did anybody exprience this problem ?

Thanks for the report. The start kit library reports its version 1.2, even though the package version is 1.13. We will synch these two things up on the next release of the starter kit.

This has been done in version 1.21 of the starter kit.
