Is there something like "arpagio" available in NoteWorthy Composer

Yes and no. :) :(
You can create a hidden (playing) staff with an explicitly notated arpeggio whilst on your (muted) display staff, you simply display the chord with an appropriate text glyph that indicates the arpeggio.

Or you can use tied grace notes in an upward sweeping chord. I've done this a few times and it doesn't look too bad. If you need to, you may be able to alter the tempo before and after with hidden tempo markers (I've not tried this).
