can you make guitar feedback?
There is a General Midi instrument called harmonic guitar.
I've tried using Multipoint controllers to crossfade from distortion or overdrive guitar to harmonic guitar, but the effect is pretty dismal. I'd suggest you have a go, I may have been doing something wrong.
