when your making a drum midi how can you add a diddle please help me

You can't add just one diddle; you have to add a pair o' diddles.

When youre making a drum MIDI, how can you add a diddle? Please help me.

Making a wild guess here. Do you mean a drum roll / trill? Many short notes close together. If you mean a sort of double bounce then two or three grace notes before the main note.
