Where can i download the 16-bit, Windows 3.1 edition, of Noteworthy Composer 1.75?

Keep it simple. Buy NWC, newest version, and ask for this older version as a bonus. You will be ready for the future, and you will be able to use NWC on Windows 95, or even 3.1 (3.11?)
That is... I assume that the NWC staff sees it the same way.
How did you manage to keep a Win 3.1 PC alive?

When I purchased version 1.75 in 2002, the 16 bit version was included on the CD in a subdir called WIN31.

I assume it is still there - I know, never assume anything, you make an Ass out of U and Me... :)
