Title: How do I make a live midi performance?
Post by: Bobcheese123 on 2005-08-09 01:06 PM
I want the program to record the notes the way I play them on the keyboard. It says I need to play a song to do that and I can record the notes. I want it so I push a button and it writes the notes down the way I play them without having to record with another song. Is this possible and how do I do it?

You must do live recording with an existing tempo track, which provides the reference tempo that bounds your live performance. You can create your own tempo tempo template that is silent, but then you will not know what tempo you should be playing against.
