Title: Transposing from Clarinet to Alto Sax
Post by: Todd Bostwick on 2005-07-20 02:26 AM
What's the easiest way to transpose a written part for B-flat clarinet to E-flat alto sax, within NWC>
My thoughts are to type in the part, based off the clarinet score, and then transpose up?  what is the semitones jump I need to account for (5?)

If the score is in concet pitch, +9.  If the Bb Clarinet part is already transposed, +7.
