When I click a link to a nwc-song, I only get a blank page with a red 'x' in a little box.
Does anyone know why and what to do about it ?
Example :
a song about frogs (http://nwc-scriptorium.org/ftp/rock/frogsong.nwc)
I solved my problem by right-clicking and selecting (in dutch): "doel opslaan als..." (in english something like "save taget as ... "?)
'Save target as' is right, as long as you don't forget the r.
Strange, though. When I click on the link, I can see Fred Nachbaur's famous Frog Song, without having to save first.
What are you using? 1.75? 1.75b? 2ß ?

I think you could have a "mime/type" definition problem in Windows, but I've been having trouble finding the definition to describe it to you - doesn't seem to be where it used to be... I've just upgraded my PC and installed WinXP Media
Centre Edition (got it in my Microsoft Action Pack Subscription - not impressed, Media Center doesn't decode sound properly from my digital TV card)

I've just installed the Noteworthy browser plugin.
Just a pity the plugin can't be used with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
But I installed it for the Mozilla Firefox Browser and it worls fine.

When I tried the Frog Song link I got a message denying me access - no authority
Googling for - Internet Explorer access denied no authority - I found a few results. One possibility is that your browser's site certifiactes have expired; another is that the method for recognizing the NWC extension (via NWC program, or player, or plugin) was installed with a different user name or different level of administrative rights than you have when you browse.
The NWC plug-in will not work with newer versions of Internet Explorer - see here (http://www.noteworthysoftware.com/composer/plugin.htm).
