Title: Doublets in NWC?
Post by: Eric Solberg on 2005-02-12 07:50 AM
I'm keying in some sheet music into NWC that has lots of doublets-- it looks like NWC only supports triplets.  I'm not a musician so I'm not exactly sure what a doublet is supposed to sound like.  Is there a way to simulate a doublet by say, breaking the notes into 32nds and doing a combination of rests & notes to achieve the effect?

The song is in 12/8 time and all the doublets are 1/8 notes (except one weird one thats a doublet of a 1/8 rest and 1/8 note).

Thanks.
Eric
