Title: convert notes (from clarinet to flute)

Is there a way that i can just copy the clarient notes onto a staff below it (flute) to flute notes without having to write each note  individually. PLZ HELP!

Just copy the clarinet part to the flute staff.  Make sure you also copy the key signature.  Then just transpose down a tone:

Tools/Transpose/-2 (halfsteps)

Toggle ON the update staff playback so the sound will stay at the original pitch.

Tyree... tyree... After the Shipping forecast (you know: Dogger, Fisher, German Bite) there is the Weather report for Coastal Stations. Does that not start off with Tyree? Any connection?

But the shiiping forecast is for Tiree not Tyree

Well, Tiree is really an observation station, not an area.

But are you a Fitzroy or Finisterre man ?

Highlight notes you want to copy and press [ctrl+C].
On the other staff,, press [ctrl+V].
