Title: Is the trial safe?
Post by: Moochie on 2004-11-22 01:30 AM
I'm not accusing the makers of this program, but I would like to know if the free trial is safe. I have read a lot of posts that say it is, but I would like to be sure. I am asking because:

1. I once downloaded something like this, and it installed a virus on my old computer

and
2. Hurricane Ivan destroyed my old computer, and now my father is very picky about the things I download now that I have a brand new computer.

So, is the demo safe?

Yes.  It is safe.

NWC is the best program of its type for the money on the market.  Dollar for dollar, nothing else is even close.

Further, the folks who populate this forum, and the folks who own the business, are the most helpful and courteous that you will find.  Flame wars are almost unheard of here.  If you need help, just ask.  You will most certainly receive a courteous and prompt response.

Yeah, Mooch. What Debo said.

I understand your concern, especially w.r.t. spyware.
AFAIK, Noteworthy Software have never packaged spyware with their software, and I truly expect that their integrity is above all that.

HTH.

Thank you, I will take your word for it. :D

And as a heads up, the program that installed a virus on my old computer is called Drumsite. Though after what I've read on these forums I don't see why you'd NEED another music program.

Too true! Enjoy using the program. Let me know when you ever regret it, i.e. never.
