Title: Multi Point Controller Information
Post by: Late on 2004-11-19 11:43 PM
I was wondering, if I use multi-point controllers and save out as a .mid file, is there anyway to see the controller information when importing that midi file?

Likewise, if i send a friend a .mid file that uses multi point controllers and he sends me a midi back with new envelopes from say cakewalk, is there anyway i can edit those envelopes? the importer doesn't seem to store any of that information.

thanks in advance.

If you save a NWC piece as a .mid file, Cakewalk (for example) can see the control messages you put in using MPCs.  But when you open a .mid file with NWC, Noteworthy does not see the control messages that are in the .mid file.
