Title: Paper format in *.EMF copy

When copying into *.emf format (through score print preview) default paper is "letter" as far as I can judge.
Any possibility to change that into "A4" ?

Go to File> Print setup and change the page size there.  Then your pages in print preview will be as you've set them in print setup.

In this context, it is Enhanced MetaFile.

Oh... That's OK then. I thought it whas the European Monetary Fund.
