Title: Boxmark: how to stop it?
Post by: simonk_rwa on 2004-11-17 11:19 PM
I used boxmark tool, and it was very useful. Now, I want to stop using it however. How do you not print boxmark. The print preview gives me normal notes, but when printing, it gives me boxmark. Please help!:(

Boxmarks is a font that you've installed to insert various symbols as text.  Normally, you use it in NWC by setting it up in File/Page Setup/Fonts, and modifying one of the user fonts. You can also instal it in the various other fonts such as Page Title, etc.

While it shouldn't affect the notes that display and print, it will change what you expect to see as text characters into music symbols.

To get rid of the symbols, just highlight the symbol, press Control-E, and change the font selection.
