Title: How to I get MPCs (chous & effects) to work...
Post by: -MZ- on 2004-11-01 01:09 AM
This is probably a dumb question, but how do I use MPC reverb and others? The Pitch Bend, Volume, Tempo, and Stereo Pan work fine, but the rest don't sound any different than they usually do.

Is a GS Wavetable (Roland; WinXP) able to use the features?

Does the software for your soundcard let you set parameters for effects like reverb and chorus?
Getting these effects is a two-stage operation.  Firstly you need to program in the effect - which you have done with MPC.  Then your soundcard needs to 'process' the effect in order for you to hear it.  I don't know if the Roland GS Wavetable has this capability.
