Title: Browser Plug-in does not work with NWC2
Post by: Junji Yakushimaru on 2004-09-21 01:24 AM
I use Internet for members to see NWC file.

I found that with browser Netscape, browser plug-in does not work with NWC2 file. When I insert NWC2 file into Netscape,it tells that the file is failed to load. But with MWC1.75 file,no problem.

How we can embed NWC2 file in Netscape ,as NWC2 files can be seen and printed in the Internet Networlk.

I will appreciate any suggestion.

I would imagine that the answer to that is that NWC2 is not yet a released product, so Noteworthy don't want us showing NWC2 files to the world at large just yet.
Presumably, once it is released, the browser add-in will be updated to handle NWC2 files.

To share your file visually, print it to a pdf file and email it.  PDFCreator emulates (acts as) a printer, so you just print from NWC, and instead of printing on your printer, a document in pdf format is created.  You can then email this, or print from it later, whatever you want to do.  The file can be opened by anyone who has Adobe Acrobat Reader on his/her computer.

I use the program frequently; it's slow but works well, and it is freeware.

Download from:

http://sector7g.wurzel6-webdesign.de/pdfcreator/index_en.htm

or from:

https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=57796

To share your file aurally, just export it from NWC to Type I Midi.
