Title: nwc Viewer
Post by: Rikbel on 2004-08-31 01:44 PM
Thank you for the delay start in Viewer How about allowing editing while in viewer? or at least have changes made in NWC carried in the viewer file automatically?

If you could edit in the Viewer, it wouldn't be a Viewer, would it? Who would buy the editor if the free version did the same thing?
The second option has some merit, though I'm not sure why you would want to be looking at a song in the Viewer if you also had it open in the Composer. A number of text editors have the ability to detect if a file has changed on disk, and give you the option to reload it. Perhaps the Viewer could do something similar.

I found the answer to editing in "Viewer' That is to open the file, select the arrangement you wish to edit and right click and open with nwc Version 2 and do the editing The changes made will automatically be carried into the NWC program file
Thanks
