I have tried everything according to the book to record from my Yamaha midi keyboard, but it doesn't work. I have new midi cables from my keyboard to pc soundcard, and it is listed in device, I have my keyboard set to keyboard out. Any suggestions? I have used Noteworthy Composer for a few years and am comfortable with it, but recording from keyboard is new to me.

Thanks for your help. I switched the midi cables in and out on the keyboard, and that solved the problem. Doesn't make sense to me, but it works.
