It seems that with V2 the first and second endings don't function correctly when playing back. The program takes the first ending, repeats correctly, then goes and plays the first ending again and then continues on with the second ending.
We are unable to reproduce this.
My fault. I only had the special endings on the top staff...not all four (after layering, etc.). It looks right, but the computer has no way of knowing...
