I really love the look of Noteworthy Composer2! I especially love the slurs, I like how they just stretch! I look forward to the real version and not the alpha but this is great!! Kepp up the great work!!!!

... actually, NWC2 has been privately tested by several users (including me) for some time. So it's not an "alpha" but (I hope!) is close to release. That's up to Noteworthy Software to decide. When the version got to the point where the private testers weren't discovering any bugs, the pre-release was shown publicly. Doubtless there are others who will use the program in some manner not tried previously, so if there are any residual bugs, they can be caught.

I downloaded the viewer and took a look at the sample files. Actually, if they print out the way they look on the screen, I think the new slurs are ugly and make the product look quite amateurish. The slurs in the older version may have been unique to the program, but they were consistent and professional-looking.

Ugly slurs on screen? Agreed! This was frequently discussed during private beta test.

But the ugly slurs print OK on paper. Try it. The reason seems to be that the on-screen slurs are not anti-aliased, which makes them look klunky.
