I just got the program, and it is the best I've ever had.... but one slight problem:
When I read the music or get ready to print, it still shows piano notes. I changed the patch to sax and piano notes still appeared. I also changed the key. but still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I assume you mean that the key signature didn't change and the notes remained in the same vertical position? When you inserted the sax patch, all you did was change the instrument sound. To transpose, you need to use Tools, Transpose Staff. This will move the notes and change the key signature.
Soprano sax +2 semitones
Alto sax + 9 semitones
Tenor sax - you can enter the number +14 in the window, or use the scroll bar in two steps +12 semitones, enter, then transpose again +2 steps, to give a final result of +14 semitones.
Baritone sax - ditto - +12 and +9 to yield +21 semitones.
You likely will want to hear the playback in concert pitch, so make sure the Update Staff Transposition button is checked.
