I Found Something the other day which may intrest you.

if you go into the template folder you can rearrange all the templates.

I think he means that you can open a template file, change it, and then save it with the changes. You can also create a new template (I have dozens of them) and save it in the template folder, using "save as" in the File menu. It will pop up as an option when you create a new file.
