Title: Editing non-preserved width text, etc.
Post by: Blair Dowden on 1998-01-19 05:00 AM
If I preserve width, I can select and edit text, etc. with Ctrl-E. If width is not preserved (which I always do), there does not seem to be a way for me to selected the text.

Also, it would be nice if selected text (etc.) could be moved using Ctrl-Shift-arrow, just like notes can.

With width preserved you can highlight the text and use CTRL-E
When the width is not preserved, you will see a little diamond to the left of the text.
If you highlight this diamond and then use CTRL-E all will be ok and you will be in edit mode for the text next to the diamond.

Thank you! And I can move the text position with the spin control. This problem is solved.
