for hte past couple of weeks my noteworthy viewer won't allow me to see the files online like it used to. I downloaded it again and deleted the old one, but it still wont show me any of the files online.... im just really confused... any help would be really nice...
Are you referring to the browser plug-in? A couple of weeks ago, Microsoft issued a Windows update that disabled most browser plug-ins, including the one from NWC. If you are using Internet Explorer, and have recently updated it (manually or automatically), that's the problem. The plug-in still works in Netscape.
