Has anyone put the Concerto in A minor by J. B. Accolay into

Who exactly was Jean Baptiste Accolay? I heard once that this was a pseudonym for Ysaye because he didn't want to be caught dead writing a student piece.

Do you mean Veiuxtemps? That's what I heard. But I don't know why he wouldnt claim this concerto I think its beautiful, if played right.
