How do i make a trill that actually plays?  Like in the sample of "moonlight Sonata" If someone could email me the answer that would be absolutely great...My screen name is rigd4atcn@aol.com... thanks soooo much...

It can be done with a series of pitch bends.  Unless you have a pressing reason to avoid it, put the whole note and text of "tr~~~~~" next to it in the displayed/muted staff and the da-DA-da-DA-da-DA-da-DA 16th notes in the played/hidden staff as Curzon suggested.
