You need to investigate the hidden staffs...
If you do a search for trill, you will find lots of prior discussion on this topic.
It can be done with a series of pitch bends. Unless you have a pressing reason to avoid it, put the whole note and text of "tr~~~~~" next to it in the displayed/muted staff and the da-DA-da-DA-da-DA-da-DA 16th notes in the played/hidden staff as Curzon suggested.
