I'm using Windows XP and when I try to load a file, be it .mid or .nwc, all i see are the bar lines and nothing else. But when I play I can hear the music, just can't see them. Can anyone help me out?

Sounds like a font (NWCV15) or graphics device problem but I can't be sure. :-\

Reboot your machine and this problem will very likely go away.

I have the same problem with Win2000. When running the trial version v1.70 everything worked fine. After buying a new copy and updating to 1.79 web-update-9, all I see is bars, even though the songs play fine. What could be the problem?

First, it would be a good idea to upgrade to version 1.75. Then, follow the advice in the reply directly above your reply if you have similar problems.
