When printing from NWC, the "number of copies" option is "greyed out." I have the latest version of NWC and a Canon Bubblejet BJC-2100 printer. A friend has a slightly earlier version of NWC and a different printer (don't recall just what), and the "number of copies" option works fine on his. Moreover, when printing from other programs I don't have this problem; the "number of copies" option is quite functional on my printer except for NWC.

Your other programs might include native support for printing multiple copies. NWC does not natively support printing multiple copies. With NWC, the print driver has total control over this. If the box is grayed out, then your printer driver does not support this function.
