Somebody could tell me how to get rid of "Crescendo". written under or on the staff ? I want to cancel it.

Try placing the cursor to the left of the 'crescendo' mark and select Edit, Find, by category, Dynamic.
This should highlight the 'crescendo' start mark, then just hit Delete key. This has worked for me in the past.
