Be careful when you set your keyboard to a foreign language since it may cause some unforeseen minor problems when you're composing. I usually write the lyrics first, especially if I'm transcribing from a poor handwritten copy of music. That way I can follow where I'm at. The lyrics I deal with are in Finnish and when I set the keyboard to Finnish some of the values of notes change, e.g. a dotted note becomes a note with the dot under it. To make sure this doesn't happen, I change the keyboard language back to English (US) before I insert the notes,
