I need to know if there are any midi sounds that resemble a DJ scratching.

On my old XG setup, there was an effect close to what you want. The only problem is that it does not work on all soundcards out there (such as my current computer).

To get the sound, set a staff on channel 10 (perc.), set clef to bass clef and octave down. The notes you want are 4 ledger lines below this staff (both F and F#)
