Welcome aboard.
You can find a lot of files at the NWC Scriptorium (http://nwc-scriptorium.org/).
Particularly in the helpful files:nwc files (http://nwc-scriptorium.org/helpful.html#NWCFiles) section, where Barry and Andrew have put two files that are particularly of interest for your case : rhythms.zip and drumpatterns.nwc .
As the link ofr the latter is currently wrong on the scripto, here (http://nwc-scriptorium.org/ftp/helpful/drumpatterns.nwc) it is!

My greatful thanks to that two persons, once more :)

And don't forget that the files you can find in models, are standard NWC files. Only are they placed in the Template/Rhythm directory, and you can add some at will.
You can also create other directories, which will appear as tabs in the Template window (see this https://forum.noteworthycomposer.com/?topic=2362)

HTH!
